Delivery Info / Returns & Refunds / FAQ’s
We currently deliver throughout New Zealand only.
Goods are sent via Aramex Couriers on a Monday, Wednesday and a Friday. This is due to our rural location, we are 15 minutes drive from the nearest drop off depot.
We will ensure items are wrapped to prevent damage, however should any damage occur during transit please view our returns and refunds page to see the process for returning damaged items. Please always contact us via email in the first instance.
Please ensure that if you are a rural address to correctly advise this in your order information, orders will be held until further payment is made if you have only paid for urban delivery when you are a rural address.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
For faulty and damaged items please contact us via email petalstaranakigmail.com. Please make contact within 7 days from receiving your order, we cannot accept returns after this.
If the return is accepted we will refund the courier cost so please keep the receipt, this will need to be sent via email to us with your bank details.
Petals & Co is not responsible for your package in transit to us.
Petals & Co do not refund due to change of mind.
